Creator Lens · Master workspace · Beta
Creator Lens is your personalized YouTube research workspace. Follow channels, save a video or explore a niche, then see the topics, examples and creative opportunities that connect to your direction.

Three starting points
Set a primary channel and follow other creators. Explore Channel DNA, review the topics connected to each channel and find video evidence behind its creative direction.
Save a video worth studying. Keep its topic and angle in focus while exploring related opportunities and supporting examples.
Save a subject you want to create around. Return to a focused view of relevant signals without starting your research again from a blank prompt.
Channel DNA
See a channel definition, its core topics and current focus, with supporting video examples. Edit the research topics as your interests evolve and compare the directions of channels you follow.
Related & Rising
Investigate related topics and the videos moving them. Follow the evidence, choose what fits your audience and use Build a concept to continue with Sensei.
Try this workflow
For a food channel, start with a niche such as everyday cooking. Use the results available in Lens to choose a specific question your audience would care about.
Add the niche or a channel you want to study. Review its topics and adjust them to the direction you want to explore.
Open Related & Rising and the supporting videos. Look for a question or format that fits your audience and your resources.
Carry the selected context into Sensei, shape an original angle and prepare the brief for Forge.
This is a workflow example. The opportunities you see depend on your saved focus and the current research available.
Your context, under your control
Lens also holds your creative preferences: audience, tone, goals, references and rules. Sensei can use that saved context to make its guidance more relevant and reduce repeated explanations. You can review, edit, pause, export or delete your personal context.
Trend Vision lets you explore the wider topic landscape. Lens focuses your research around the channels, videos and niches you choose to save.
Lens researches public channel and video information. Adding a channel by URL or handle does not connect private YouTube Analytics.
