Affiliate Program Terms

The Hookami Affiliate Program is operated by SEIA PRODUCTION S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company, registered in Romania under CUI/CIF 50907643, with registered address at Strada Nerva Traian, Nr. 27-33, Bucuresti, Romania.

By applying to, being approved for, or participating in the Program, you enter into a contract with SEIA PRODUCTION S.R.L. under these Affiliate Program Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You must operate a legitimate channel, website, newsletter, community, agency, or social presence with a real audience. We review every application manually and approval is at Hookami's sole discretion.

We may reject, suspend, or revoke participation at any time for fraud, abuse, brand misuse, legal risk, or conduct that damages Hookami, our users, or our partners.

Standard approved affiliates earn 30% recurring commission for 12 months on qualifying paid subscriptions purchased by referred users.

Selected creator partners or strategic partners may receive custom rates up to 50% through a written agreement. Custom rates are not available on request and may include separate campaign terms.

Commissions apply to paid plan purchases on Creator plans and above. Free plan signups do not generate commissions. If a referred Free user upgrades to a paid plan within 12 months of signup, the commission period begins on the upgrade date.

One-time token packs, add-ons, taxes, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, self-referrals, existing Hookami users, and fraudulent or ineligible purchases do not generate commissions unless agreed in writing.

Users who sign up through your referral code may receive bonus tokens on their first eligible paid purchase. The standard buyer bonus is 20%, unless Hookami configures a different campaign-specific bonus.

Bonus tokens are promotional credits. They do not create a cash entitlement for the affiliate or the referred user.

A user is attributed to you if they sign up within 60 days of intentionally clicking your referral link or entering your referral code.

If multiple affiliates refer the same user, attribution generally goes to the last eligible click or code before signup. Hookami may adjust attribution in cases of fraud, duplicate accounts, or tracking errors.

If a referred user upgrades, downgrades, cancels, or changes plan, your commission adjusts based on eligible paid amounts actually collected and retained.

Payouts are approved manually by Hookami. We normally process payouts monthly for cleared commissions after the refund and chargeback window has passed.

The minimum payout threshold is 50 USD or equivalent. Balances below the threshold roll forward until the threshold is met.

Supported payout methods may include Stripe, PayPal, SEPA transfer, or bank transfer, depending on your country and the information you provide. You are responsible for receiving fees charged by your payout provider.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on affiliate income in your jurisdiction. Hookami does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes unless legally required.

You may not use self-referrals, alternate accounts, friends or family accounts under your control, fake signups, refund abuse, cookie stuffing, bots, or any other manipulation of tracking or payouts.

You may not send spam, use unauthorized email lists, post comment spam, promote in communities where promotion is not allowed, or violate GDPR, CAN-SPAM, platform rules, or consumer protection laws.

You may not bid on Hookami, hookami.ai, hookami.com, or confusingly similar brand terms in paid search or paid social campaigns without written approval.

You may not register domains, social accounts, apps, or communities that include Hookami or imply official Hookami ownership, employment, support, or endorsement.

You may not make false or misleading claims, including guaranteed virality, guaranteed growth, guaranteed monetization, fake testimonials, fake case studies, or misrepresentations of Hookami features, pricing, or metrics.

You may not offer cash, gift cards, or other incentives for signups unless Hookami approves the campaign in writing.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Hookami in every promotional context where you share an affiliate link, code, paid endorsement, or sponsored placement.

Acceptable disclosures include #ad, #affiliate, "I earn a commission when you sign up through my link", or similar clear language. The disclosure must be visible before or near the referral link, not hidden in footers or buried after a "more" fold.

Videos should disclose the relationship verbally and/or on screen near the start and in the description. Social posts should disclose within the post itself.

While you are an active affiliate in good standing, Hookami grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved Hookami brand assets solely to promote Hookami accurately.

You must follow the Hookami Brand Guidelines. You may not alter the logo, misrepresent screenshots, fabricate product interfaces, imply official employment, or use Hookami branding in illegal, adult, hateful, political, or misleading contexts.

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Hookami a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to quote, share, reference, or repost public promotional content you create about Hookami, with attribution where practical.

Hookami retains ownership of its platform, product language, methods, scoring systems, interfaces, code, trademarks, and other proprietary materials.

You may leave the Program at any time by contacting Hookami. Hookami may terminate or suspend your participation at any time, including for violations, fraud, inactivity, reputational harm, legal risk, or discontinuation of the Program.

If your account is terminated for cause, unpaid commissions connected to fraud, abuse, or violations may be forfeited. Otherwise, earned and cleared commissions above the payout threshold will be paid according to the normal payout schedule.

After termination, your referral code stops generating new commissions and your limited brand license ends immediately.

Hookami may update these Affiliate Program Terms. Material changes to commission rates or payout rules will be communicated to active affiliates at least 30 days before taking effect where practical.

Changes do not apply retroactively to commissions already earned and cleared. Continued participation after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Hookami does not guarantee that you will earn any income through the Program. Earnings depend on your audience, content, effort, product fit, and factors outside our control.

The affiliate portal, tracking, payout systems, and related infrastructure are provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hookami is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEIA PRODUCTION S.R.L.'s total liability under these Affiliate Program Terms is limited to commissions paid to you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Affiliate Program Terms are governed by Romanian law, subject to mandatory laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Before starting legal action, both parties agree to try to resolve disputes in good faith through direct communication.
