Company and Contracting Party

Hookami is operated by SEIA PRODUCTION S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company, registered in Romania under CUI/CIF 50907643, with registered address at Strada Nerva Traian, Nr. 27-33, Bucuresti, Romania.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, joining a waitlist or access program, or otherwise using Hookami, you enter into a contract with SEIA PRODUCTION S.R.L. under these Terms.

Acceptance and eligibility

By using Hookami, applying for access, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and to the related Privacy and Cookie policies.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

What Hookami is

Hookami is an intelligence and creator workflow platform operated by SEIA PRODUCTION S.R.L. It may include analytics, AI-assisted outputs, pattern detection, creator tools, trend scoring, beta features, and related services.

The metrics and scores provided by Hookami, including HVI, Outlier Score, velocity signals, predictions, audits, and related indicators, are proprietary estimations based on historical data analysis and pattern modeling.

All metrics, scores, and insights are informational tools. They are not guarantees of future content performance, business outcomes, monetization, or audience growth.

Hookami mobile app (iOS and Android)

The Hookami mobile app is a companion client that allows users to access supported Hookami features from iOS and Android using their existing Hookami account.

The mobile app provides access to features based on your existing Hookami account entitlements managed on hookami.ai. The mobile app does not offer in-app purchases, link to external purchase flows, or facilitate subscription sign-ups. Subscription and billing changes are managed exclusively at hookami.ai outside the mobile app.

The mobile app may show your current access status, plan status, or entitlement level. Access to paid features is determined by your Hookami account and backend entitlement state.

Use of the mobile app is also subject to the applicable app store terms (Apple Media Services Terms and Google Play Terms of Service). In case of conflict between those terms and these Terms, the app store terms apply only to your relationship with the relevant app store, not to your relationship with Hookami.

Proprietary rights and intellectual property

The Service, including but not limited to the source code, algorithms, scoring systems, database structures, interface design, and the underlying Hookami methodologies, is the exclusive property of SEIA PRODUCTION S.R.L. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes the Hookami Viral Index (HVI), Outlier Score, pattern-detection frameworks, and The Algorithm is a Mirror methodology and related product language where used.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit any proprietary part of the Service except as expressly allowed by law or by our written permission.

Accounts, access, and acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and activity under it.

You may not use Hookami for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, fraud, misuse of beta features, or violations of these Terms.

Affiliate Program and brand use

If you apply to or participate in the Hookami Affiliate Program, your participation is also governed by the Affiliate Program Terms.

If you use the Hookami name, logo, screenshots, or other brand assets in public content, you must follow the Brand Guidelines.

Plans, pricing, and trials

Hookami may offer monthly, annual, promotional, or invite-only access plans. We may also run free trials, with or without a payment method, depending on the launch flow, campaign, or product stage.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly state otherwise in a specific offer, subscription fees are generally final and non-refundable once a paid term begins.

Prices may change over time. Where required, we will provide notice before a recurring price change takes effect.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have mandatory statutory rights, including a right of withdrawal in certain circumstances. Where digital services begin immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be reduced or lost where applicable law permits.

Tokens, subscriptions, and digital delivery

Hookami uses a token-based billing model alongside subscriptions for paid AI features. Subscription plans include recurring token grants; you can also purchase token packs separately. Tokens are stored in a single account balance.

Purchased token packs do not expire while your account remains active. During the launch period, subscription token grants are added to your account balance each billing cycle and do not automatically expire at the end of that cycle.

Sensei chat is included under separate fair-use allowances and is not paid via internal tokens. See the Billing rules page for details.

Fair Use Policy

Paid plans (Creator, Master) include ongoing Sensei chat with monthly usage allowances based on your plan, designed to prevent abuse, protect service quality, and ensure stable access for all users.

Fair-use thresholds are generous and the vast majority of users will never encounter them. Typical usage patterns — including intensive daily work sessions, long research conversations, and multi-project workflows — remain well within fair-use bounds.

Automated traffic, scripted usage, bot-driven requests, or patterns that materially deviate from typical human creator workflows may be throttled, temporarily suspended, or subject to review. If you hit a fair-use threshold unexpectedly, contact support@hookami.com for an extension or to discuss your use case.

Free accounts are subject to explicit daily limits as stated on the pricing page. Specific fair-use limits for paid plans may change over time as infrastructure and product capabilities evolve.

Sensei chat allowances may change over time. Changes apply going forward and are reflected in your account and on the Billing rules page.

AI models, generated outputs, and ownership

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate scripts, hooks, analyses, blueprints, research outputs, and related creative or strategic suggestions.

We utilize enterprise-grade third-party artificial intelligence models, including OpenAI, Moonshot AI, and Google Vertex AI where enabled, to process text and generate insights. While we optimize these systems for accuracy and usefulness, AI may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it in order to provide the requested service.

AI can make mistakes, including so-called hallucinations. You are responsible for verifying facts, claims, rights, and suitability before publishing or acting on generated material.

Sensei Personalization Features

Some Hookami features, including Creator Profile and Creator Lens, allow you to save preferences and creator context so Sensei can provide more relevant responses. By using these features, you ask Hookami to use that saved context to provide and personalize the Sensei experience for your account.

You remain responsible for the information you choose to save in your profile or Lens. You can update or turn off personalization controls in your settings. Turning personalization off stops that saved context from being used in new Sensei chat requests, but it does not automatically delete the underlying saved data.

AI-generated outputs may still be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You should review outputs before publishing, relying on, or acting on them.

No guarantee of results

This is a research and intelligence platform. We do not guarantee that using Hookami will result in virality, increased views, faster growth, monetization, lead generation, or any other commercial or creative outcome.

Social, search, and recommendation systems change frequently. Past performance of a keyword, topic, pattern, or channel is not a guarantee of future performance.

No Professional Advice

Hookami does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, therapeutic, or other regulated professional advice. Nothing in the Service should be treated as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

We do not guarantee virality, growth, monetization, commercial success, audience performance, or specific outcomes from using Hookami. Platform behavior, recommendation systems, audience responses, and market conditions change frequently.

Public Content Analysis and ViralBlueprint

Certain Hookami features, including ViralBlueprint, may analyze publicly available videos, captions, transcripts, metadata, and related signals from platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar services.

These features are designed to help users study structure, pacing, hooks, themes, creative patterns, and performance signals for commentary, analysis, research, and educational workflow purposes.

ViralBlueprint outputs, including extracted frameworks, pattern summaries, and private presets, are intended for the user's internal creative reference and workflow. They do not transfer any copyright, license, ownership, or permission in the underlying source content.

Hookami does not authorize users to reproduce, republish, re-upload, imitate unlawfully, or otherwise exploit third-party content in violation of applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of the original creator.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their use of source content, outputs, references, scripts, ideas, and published materials complies with copyright law, platform terms, and any other applicable rights or restrictions.

Hookami does not claim ownership of third-party public content analyzed through ViralBlueprint. Rights in the original content remain with their respective owners.

We do not use user-submitted source materials or generated ViralBlueprint presets for generalized model training unless explicitly disclosed otherwise.

Frame Studio and user-uploaded images

Frame Studio analyzes thumbnails and images that you upload from your device or fetch by URL. Before each upload, you confirm that you have the right to use the image you submit. By uploading, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the image, are licensed to use it, or it is otherwise legally available for your use;
• your submission does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
• the image does not contain content that violates applicable law or platform policies.

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant Hookami a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of providing the Frame Studio analysis to you, and to retain the image and resulting analysis in your account until you delete it. Hookami does not use your uploaded images to train Hookami-owned general-purpose AI models.

You are solely responsible for the images you submit to Frame Studio. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to hold Hookami harmless from claims by third parties arising from images you upload in breach of the representations above.

Frame Studio outputs (scores, fixes, reference prompts) are informational guidance. They are not guarantees of click-through rate, audience growth, or platform performance.

Third-party platforms and public data

Hookami may display public statistics, metadata, and signals sourced from or relating to third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Instagram Reels, and similar services. These platforms do not control, verify, endorse, or approve Hookami's analysis, scores, rankings, recommendations, or presentation of such data.

Platform names are used only to identify the source or context of public content and signals. Hookami is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube, Google, TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram, Meta, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated. All trademarks, logos, content, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Hookami is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or predictive accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Hookami, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
