Company and Contracting Party

Hookami is operated by SEIA PRODUCTION S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company, registered in Romania under CUI/CIF 50907643, with registered address at Strada Nerva Traian, Nr. 27-33, Bucuresti, Romania.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, joining a waitlist or access program, or otherwise using Hookami, you enter into a contract with SEIA PRODUCTION S.R.L. under these Terms.

Acceptance and eligibility

By using Hookami, applying for access, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and to the related Privacy and Cookie policies.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

What Hookami is

Hookami is an intelligence and creator workflow platform operated by SEIA PRODUCTION S.R.L. It may include analytics, AI-assisted outputs, pattern detection, creator tools, trend scoring, beta features, and related services.

The metrics and scores provided by Hookami, including HVI, Outlier Score, velocity signals, predictions, audits, and related indicators, are proprietary estimations based on historical data analysis and pattern modeling.

All metrics, scores, and insights are informational tools. They are not guarantees of future content performance, business outcomes, monetization, or audience growth.

Proprietary rights and intellectual property

The Service, including but not limited to the source code, algorithms, scoring systems, database structures, interface design, and the underlying Hookami methodologies, is the exclusive property of SEIA PRODUCTION S.R.L. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes the Hookami Viral Index (HVI), Outlier Score, pattern-detection frameworks, and The Algorithm is a Mirror methodology and related product language where used.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit any proprietary part of the Service except as expressly allowed by law or by our written permission.

Accounts, access, and acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and activity under it.

You may not use Hookami for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, fraud, misuse of beta features, or violations of these Terms.

Plans, pricing, and trials

Hookami may offer monthly, annual, promotional, or invite-only access plans. We may also run free trials, with or without a payment method, depending on the launch flow, campaign, or product stage.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly state otherwise in a specific offer, subscription fees are generally final and non-refundable once a paid term begins.

Prices may change over time. Where required, we will provide notice before a recurring price change takes effect.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have mandatory statutory rights, including a right of withdrawal in certain circumstances. Where digital services begin immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be reduced or lost where applicable law permits.

AI models, generated outputs, and ownership

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate scripts, hooks, analyses, blueprints, research outputs, and related creative or strategic suggestions.

We utilize enterprise-grade third-party artificial intelligence models, including OpenAI and Google Vertex AI where enabled, to process text and generate insights. While we optimize these systems for accuracy and usefulness, AI may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it in order to provide the requested service.

AI can make mistakes, including so-called hallucinations. You are responsible for verifying facts, claims, rights, and suitability before publishing or acting on generated material.

No guarantee of results

This is a research and intelligence platform. We do not guarantee that using Hookami will result in virality, increased views, faster growth, monetization, lead generation, or any other commercial or creative outcome.

Social, search, and recommendation systems change frequently. Past performance of a keyword, topic, pattern, or channel is not a guarantee of future performance.

No Professional Advice

Hookami does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, therapeutic, or other regulated professional advice. Nothing in the Service should be treated as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

We do not guarantee virality, growth, monetization, commercial success, audience performance, or specific outcomes from using Hookami. Platform behavior, recommendation systems, audience responses, and market conditions change frequently.

Public Content Analysis and ViralBlueprint

Certain Hookami features, including ViralBlueprint, may analyze publicly available videos, captions, transcripts, metadata, and related signals from platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar services.

These features are designed to help users study structure, pacing, hooks, themes, creative patterns, and performance signals for commentary, analysis, research, and educational workflow purposes.

ViralBlueprint outputs, including extracted frameworks, pattern summaries, and private presets, are intended for the user's internal creative reference and workflow. They do not transfer any copyright, license, ownership, or permission in the underlying source content.

Hookami does not authorize users to reproduce, republish, re-upload, imitate unlawfully, or otherwise exploit third-party content in violation of applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of the original creator.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their use of source content, outputs, references, scripts, ideas, and published materials complies with copyright law, platform terms, and any other applicable rights or restrictions.

Hookami does not claim ownership of third-party public content analyzed through ViralBlueprint. Rights in the original content remain with their respective owners.

We do not use user-submitted source materials or generated ViralBlueprint presets for generalized model training unless explicitly disclosed otherwise.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Hookami is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or predictive accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Hookami, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
