Most people think the ai economy is "more AI tools"—the twist is it’s a money re-route: the winner isn’t the smartest model, it’s whoever owns the distribution, data, or workflow.

A simple money-flow diagram on paper/whiteboard, 2–3 real product pricing pages, a screen recording of an AI tool doing the task, a before/after workflow, your own receipt/invoice or a mock invoice.
